Well my thought is we fight to win!!!! There is no trophy for second place. The 2nd place team is the first loser. Maybe that is why the loser of the superbowl gets nothing from the NFL. They were only winners in their Division so They get that prize from the conference. There is no smaller Lombardi Trophy.. Only the big dog. The Stanley Cup only recognizes the winning team not the team they played to get the cup.
So why do we strive to be second to China? Why do we succumb to Russian and Iranian Demands? Are we the losers that we appear to be? Why is our government Republican and Democrat alike pushing so hard to let others play in the game that we have owned for so many years? There is no Trophy for 2nd place... If we send our business to china, we are second place. If we let Russia put the missiles on the Polish border and we don't there is no trophy for second place. There is only defeat and disappointment. Are we the people of the United states bound for defeat and disappointment? This is what it is looking like. We get no trophy for being the bleeding heart. We lose. Letting the little guy win for a change is when we lose. If the little guy wants to play with the big dog then they must fight for their position. You don't give it to them. This is what is happening here we are giving away our country. Do we remember ABC sports agony of defeat? well if you don't you will soon see it first hand.
This nation right or wrong did not get to where it was by being second place. We became number one then, now only to see it passed on by the government that we thought was doing its job protecting our place in the world and they gave it away... Thanks Sh*t heads.
